Heronin

This was the last project I worked on while studying at The Game Assembly. Heronin was developed over the span of 4 weeks in our own custom game engine called Aurora.

Heronin was inspired by Samurai Gunn 2.

My Responsibilities

  • Implementation of gamepad support, supporting multiple gamepads at the same time

  • Implementation of a base Player Movement component together with Ozzy Joelsson

  • Sword and Bow combat

  • Implementation of User Controlled players

  • Engine, Editor and Gameplay related bugfixes

  • Sound and Music implementation
